• provide basic information and advice on how to start the business in all categories of food supplement and skincare products, including all products’ details
• provide advice regarding the registration processes for food supplement and skincare products, under the customers’ brand with the Food and Drug Administration
• provide service for product registration with Food and Drug Administration (food supplements, vitamins, herbal medicines, skincare products, and cosmetics), including the delivery for sample analysis to all related departments specified by the Food and Drug Administration
• provide advice regarding the formula development of the products
